@dragoness129: That's good <3 Hopefully assistant manager gets
promoted to another store, so you can get promoted. Other stores are asking me to be assistant manager, but I am waiting for my own manager to get me into the training program for it because I have been ready. The only problem is, there's no one else from other stores that need training to become assistant, and my district manager will not train me by myself, it takes a couple months....she wants more people to be trained at the same time.

@dragoness129: Awww, that sucks. I get the most hours out of everyone in the store, beside the manager of course. I am also the first option for promotion if something happens to the manager or if she gets promoted to a higher position. The good thing is, we have set hour and the manager has to use up all of them. Sometime they cut our hours if we do bad for the whole year...but so far, we have been getting a couple more hours every year.
