@Tsundererra: yes... She's growing really fast. And so the milk I'm getting into her just isn't enough. No matter how much I get her. She's three months and already taking solid foods. She's already holding bottles. And I'm STILL feeding her the boob every hour for thirty minutes.

Personally I'd do rows like a scarf. So let's see perhaps 10 chains? And go back and forth giving it a slight ribbed look until I have maybe 10-14 inches. Sew the elastic on to one end. Fold the long sides together like a hot dog. Start crocheting the outside closed .... Slide stitch? Hidden stich? I'm bad at names. Keeping the elastic inside all the way around. It'll start scrunching about half way probably. And then attach the two ends together .
