I've been okay, legs been a bit of ap ain given the fact its heading into winter, and the joints have complained but for two days i had a nice happy floaty feeling where my emotions where for once calm with no hiccups. i wish that happened more often but ah well.

I enjoyed yesterday it was nice and floaty calm. so iw as a very happy star. if drowsy.
