I just don't want to miss a day, and the OP says the board changes every day at 7pm Voltra time, so I just assume it changes at the time whether Lily posts that it changed or not

Well, there is a unicorn item for this event. The game was granting it earlier by mistake, so I had it for a bit before they fixed it. Now I have my proper lion item~
