I'd want to try the sakura flavored things as well if I went to Japan during cherry blossom season

Posted in Mad Tea Party: Hangout and Raffle Posted 4 years ago

I like cherry blossom scented things as well

Seeing the cherry blossom in Japan or Korea would be lovely for sure

I'd like to visit Japan as well! There are a lot of places in Japan I'd like to go to

Oh yeah, I've heard both about it being safer and about the cams

It does look beautiful from what I've seen of it on shows. The rural areas remind me a lot of the part of Kentucky where most of my dad's side of the family lives funnily enough. Very hilly

@Totalanimefan: It would be nice to visit Korea someday

Posted in Mad Tea Party: Hangout and Raffle Posted 4 years ago

@Totalanimefan: True. I've mostly been focusing on input over output since my main reason for learning was to be able to understand shows, music, and such. Output is important too though

@Totalanimefan: No, there've been a few times I've asked questions on the Korean learning subreddit and other sites though. I mostly just learn on my own using various resources and such

I've never heard of huevember, but I looked it up and it sounds fun!
I tried NaNoWriMo before... I think I made it to a week before I drifted away from it

I've enjoyed it except for the time when I studied too hard in the beginning and burned myself out. Now I've learned the importance of moderation. Is it weird that I don't know whether it's hard or not? I guess rather than hard it's more like it takes a lot of time, but I can feel myself improving as I put in more time. Now that I'm at the intermediate plateau I feel that my progress has slowed though.

Looking forward to your thread!
I was doing some Korean listening practice, but now I'm just chilling for a bit
