@Dowan: The dealer should have fixed rules for when they must hit or stay. They cannot use the player's information to make decisions.

Hmmm but if dealer hits on 17 then we should stay because she'll probably bust...

This is a tough call too... but I vote to hit.

Hm, dealer does not hit 17 under normal rules, but that's okay, it only slightly changes the strategy.
