@Totalanimefan: social housing has waiting lists here. In the town I grew up, the waiting list is around 7 years and, in Amsterdam, it’s 8-10 years.

@Deaa: their dog is really picky and hardly even likes humans. Even her owners can hardly cuddle her.
When the dog sees me, she runs up to me for a cuddle.

@Totalanimefan: the town I grew up in expensive but not as expensive as the centrum of Amsterdam. You need to be really rich to be able to buy a house there.

@Deaa: I’ve been friendly with neighbours before but never like this.
Our dogs get happy when they see each other (that’s how it started), they remember important dates, we know what’s going on in each others lives and help each other.
