@star2000shadow: I sometimes have to pop my hips and wrists. That isn’t too bad, compared to dislocating a joint and needing to put it back where it belongs.

@star2000shadow: not sure what kind of twist there is between my shoulder blades.
My joints are more painful though. They pop out often.
