I used to watch movies online with this one girl. We’d pick a movie we both wanted to see, pick a dateand time and watch it together. Mostly was at a time when she just woke up and I almost went to bed.
Later, found out she thought that were dates and we were actually dating.

@Luffer Nutter: we had 3 hours of PE per week and, when the swimming pool was open, we’d also go there at least twice a week. When there was ice, we’d go ice skating every afternoon or go to an indoor ice skating range once a week. Some just skated around there, others, like me, liked to get some speed and we’d go in cirlces after the adults who were training.
We also had sport days in a park behind the school, with all sorts of sports, and introduction days where we would go to a club and play that sport a morning or afternoon.

It’s like Mary Poppins but with less singing and dancing.

@Ixora: they will do it next Monday. A channel here has ‘Magical Monday” where they show this kinds of movies. We just had Nanny McPhee and the Harry Potter movies and now it’s Lord of the Rings.

@Luffer Nutter: there are a bunch of that kind.
As a kid, our elementary school liked to push us into sports: swimming, running, tennis, ice skating. There are a few who became (semi) professional and even 1 who won olympic medals with swimming.
A group of us, when there wasn’t ice on the lakes, we’d go outdoor skating and we had skates like the traditional ice skates.
We also all cycled to high school together (15km to and from school) while the people of other elementary schools went by bus.
@Ixora: I just really like scenes like that.

@Luffer Nutter: yeah the part of the wheels are longer with those. The skates I have are somewhere in between those 2.
There are also skates where the wheels are bigger and then you can go even faster.

@Luffer Nutter: when I grew uo, we didn’t have a skating range anywhere nearby. So, me and a group of other kids, started the youth council in my town and the skating park was the first things we got.

@Luffer Nutter: I have some dishes to do but they can wait a day.
I’d love to get paid to go roller skating. I have inline skates and plan to go skating when the weather gets a bit warmer again and I have a good helmet for it.
They aren’t too expensive but the shop isn’t nearby.
