@Wildfire: if you're requiring further assistance we're happy to help as much as we can.You may submit a ticket with further info as to your timezone, when you completed the puzzle, and when you noticed the cap was still 0. The daily cap may have reset in the time you completed the puzzle earlier. Thanks!

I want to confirm that jigsaw is granting correctly from what I can see on my end. Seeds were granted and the daily cap updated.
The daily cap runs on the 24 hour clock of the website and not a 24 hour time frame of an individual account. So that can also factor into the cap resetting in what seems like a shorter time frame depending on an individual's time zone.

@Wildfire: sometimes it does take a bit of time for the total grant for the day to update. Have you attempted to clear your cache?

Hi Volties,
I wanted to address the community with updates on staff and our progress with content we typically produce and release for you all.
We're always so excited to release new items, events, and misc. content for us all to enjoy!
Our staff activity is quieter than usual as many of us navigate our lives and juggle that with the demands we've created with the release schedule of Voltra content.
That said, we are still working behind the scenes as much as we can.
Some things we have to look forward to over the next few days to couple weeks:
We'll potentially be looking for more help to get our release schedule back on track.
(If you or someone you know would be interested in web development, pixeling, item prep, or writing you are welcome to contact me.)
I'm very grateful to the community we've built here at Voltra and I hope this doesn't discourage any of you from continuing to enjoy our website. We need and appreciate your support! It lifts our spirits, especially when our community comes together.

- Most of the sets are complete as we finalize and prep them!
- A new collector's set will also be introduce this season!

@Nelle: Welcome to Voltra! Glad you found us! Also a huge animal crossing fan. :3 I'm sad I've been too busy to play it these past few months though. I have to get back into it. My poor villagers are probably so lonely!
