Thanks for helping out everyone!
I'll take a look at our jigsaw files, we should have had it updated after the event, but sometimes things are a bit wonky or don't update properly.

@blinkini: To clarify, Jigsaw does not grant volts or any currency outside of events for now. We are in the process of an update for jigsaw and other features associated with website games and rewards. Sorry for any confusion around this! >.<

@0v7: It is not a bug. During this event, the items were priced differently. This goodie bag in particular was sold in shops at the highest event currency price. That price being double what the fleece for warming was sold for at the time. So, to off set the cost, the goodie bag grants two of that item.

You can always check the amount of an item being granted from a goodie bag (or any other consumable) in the pop of window and the bottom right of the thumbnail you select.

@Aisukohi: Hello, The email does not have to correlate between your Voltra account and the Paypal guest Contact Information email. I believe the Contact Information is more so for your receipt from Paypal. You can donate with confidence and if you encounter any issues, we're here to resolve them for you! @Totalanimefan: I see what happened. It was tabbed as RIG and not under the consumables tab. It should be in the correct place now and still tradeble.
