Hi Everyone,
We are aware of the lag, I totally understand it's a bummer!
I have looked into upgrading our host plan to double our CPU and RAM (which is not an issue for our funds).
In order to make this upgrade possible I have to take the proper precautions and back up site files (which will take some time).
There will also be some downtime (if everything runs smoothly, approximately no longer than an hour).
I apologize for not coming to the community sooner with this update as plans have not been set for the upgrade and once those plans were in place we would release them as so with adequate notice.

Please plan for the website to be unavailable tonight at 9 PM Voltra Time (refer to the clock on the homepage).
We will be updating our host package which requires the server to be shut down. Expected downtime is 1 hour or less.
You can stay in touch with one another and follow staff updates on our discord server during that time.

Good news! The upgrade to our website server went smoothly! We have doubled our available CPU and RAM. Allowing the website to execute requests and connections that much faster. You may still encounter some lag due to high traffic, but it shouldn't negatively impact your experience nearly as much as prior to the update.

@athabm: I didn't touch anything, but the automatic reset for currency is based on Voltra time every 24 hours at midnight.

@0v7: Just confirming that the daily limit for jigsaw is 1200 badges. :)
@xvz: Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We overlooked it in event launch procedures and didn't unlock it from the previous event closing.
You all should be able to create topics in the event arcade now.
