@Amakai: I've returned the Camp Breaker '20 Bundle to your account and removed the 750 volts. The sell back feature is not intended for event items, so unfortunately this is a bug we were not aware of with the inventory update we released not too long ago. I will look into this further to resolve the misleading sell back feature for event item caused by having the additional currency active during an event. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I hope you can gather more badges through the forums or jigsaw to get those team uniforms your after!

I'm so thankful to our staff for their creativity, dedication, and teamwork to make this event happen!
I'd also like to thank our amazing community of Volties who participated in the event!

@Llama: Seems to be accurate then since slots on page 2 would cost 500 each. I'm not exactly sure what would be happening, but since it appears to have let you purchase a slot now I think its working properly.
If you encounter the issue again or figure out a way to replicate it, please ping me in this topic. I'll monitor and test a few things as well.

@Llama: I think I see what may be happening. After a slot purchase, the Volt amount shown in youy user account card isn't updated. You'd need to refresh the page after a purchase to see an accurate representation.

Did you buy any additional outfit slots before trying to purchase another slot? During that time did you refresh the window?
Can you purchase any slots now?
A window refresh might be the solution.

@Wildfire: It's not necessarily a code thing, but besides the fact, I think I've finally figured it out!

@Wildfire: Thank you for the report ~ I believe I have fixed the issue. It most likely was caused from the server upgrade which interrupted the recurring event to reset currency grants for jigsaw each day.

@xvz: 10,000 posts was just a starting point (or placeholder) so progress would visibly be showing on the progress bars. The winning team is the team with the most posts come the end of the 2 weeks. We'll have the progress bars updated soon to a larger total to show the teams' progress as they keep battling it out until the end!

UPDATE AUGUST 1ST 9:45 PM VOLTRA TIME:
Good news! The upgrade to our website server went smoothly! We have doubled our available CPU and RAM. Allowing the website to execute requests and connections that much faster. You may still encounter some lag due to high traffic, but it shouldn't negatively impact your experience nearly as much as prior to the update.
Here are some graphs to visualize what this upgrade improved with connections and lag time.
We will continue to monitor the situation and community feedback during this time. Thank you!
