They met upstairs again after a few minutes, Ashleigh having found some of their kids clothes.

"Here. It's the most unisex stuff I was able to find." She said as she handed it to Ash.

"Get dressed in something that should fit you." She paused, looking him from head to toe, "Better than what you have on, anyway."

Ahleigh just shrugged from where she sat on the counter.

"Eh, it's not that bad." She then said.

"Before you got up, I had already sent a text off to Cass about it." She added.

"I didn't say what was the reason, but that you're off duty for the next couple weeks."

Ashleight just sighed, heavily.

"I know." She said simply.

"You haven't had this kind of size difference for ... well, generations." She commented.

"And I look a lot like me sister. I know that." she paused for a moment before smiling softly.

[i]Do you want me to take off for abit? Le tyou come to terms with this without me hanging overhead and trigger things?"[/b]

Ashleigh just laughed lightly.

"Lindsay and Casey likely know. They were pretty loud last night." She commented.

"And it's high emotions that causes, well, this." She added. "And that's a pretty good way to get emotions runnin' high."

"Agreed." Ashleigh said with a laugh, and a nod.

"Hungry? Not sure how well you could cook at the moment." She then said, managing to, somehow, keep her voice level. She wanted to laugh at this, and he wanted him to try cooking, and struggle, as she was quite certain it'd be rather amusing.

"Also, someone should go let your brother know." She commented. "While theya re likely going to know, someone should let them know that if one o fthose two are affected, they aren't the only ones."

"I'll do up a lunch for the six of us then." Ashleigh commented.

"You go check on your brother." She added.

"I'm going to take stock of what we have."

Mere seconds after Lindsay made his comment, they felt a strong, but at the same time weak, pulse of mana. I was strong in the force, but weak in the mana, almost feeling like it jostled their souls.

They knew what it was.

But that had been... far shorter than it normally would be. It seemed to end suddenly, and it was sudden enough to cause both of them have to an extreme case of vertigo for about ten seconds. Lindsay, luckily managed to recover relatively quickly (ten seconds or so was still too long, really), but Ash was nearly brought to his ass. His brother grabbed his shoulders to help him keep steady.

It was only about five more seconds before Ash's started to fade, but it was also as they heard footsteps approaching. Little ones.

"... good to know i'm not alone." A young voice said. When they looked over, they saw a young, looking to be about eight, Casey standing there, mana restrictors on her wrists, which certainly helped to explain what the hell it was that they had felt.

Casey was silent a moment before shrugging.

"Dunno." She answered.

"These are the ones I keep in my studio for when I'm working with something far too delicate for my mana." She added.

"Nooo idea where any of the others are."

"I haven't slept." Casey answered.

"Been up there," she motioned to the door she came down from, "Panicking for about... three? hours or something. I dunno. I realised something was up when all of the runes in there activated, at once, without my control." She sighed, heavily.

"I was trying, so hard to cancel them out, and to control the mana. That was basically impossible."

Casey was very nearly knocked to her ass when Kitt did what she did.

"Careful." She said before sighing as she scritched the feline behind the ears with both hands.

"And yeah, seems so." She then looked at the cat, then to Ash.

"Climb on."
