@Ava: Thank you. The beach was lovely - part of a state park natural beach/island, accessible only by boat. And we saw dolphins, which is always nice. And, I only got slightly crispy from the sun, so that's a plus in my book (I'm fair - tend to freckle and burn pretty easily).
Congrats on the new job - I'm glad you are enjoying it! How does this 'job as a live-streamer' work exactly??
@Juliette: Oh good - I'm glad you got some sleep! Are you feeling better now?
@Juliette: a bit tired is better than exhausted. :3 I hope you got some sleep last night and are feeling better today!!
@Ava: I'm near the west coat of Florida, so there's a lot of beach culture and beach/water type options here :3 Fortunately, I didn't burn too bad, and going forward (now that I'm not completely ignoring the outdoors due to pollen), I should be able to handle the sun a little better. There have definitely been times when I've wished I were darker and better able to handle being outside in the sun, since I really enjoy being outside, but I didn't inherit that part of my family's genome XD :3
So your new job is a base salary + commission type thing, and it's all live-streaming and social media based? Are you live-streaming on a specific topic, or on channels/accounts that have been previously set up by the company? That sounds so interesting! The world has changed so much in the last few years, it's amazing! You sound excited about it, and I'm sure once you get into a groove and figure out how to work around those couple of hours a day where you're live-streaming, not having more days off won't be quite so weird. :3
Good morning everyone!
What is going on in your world today - anything fun?
I have a few things to do today that didn't get done yesterday, and I'm supposed to meet a couple of friends that I haven't seen in forever as a sedate birthday "hello" later on. Anything else that needs to be done, I'm ignoring XD
