@MoodyB: It has been a slow day around here, chasing computer and browser issues, and doing some random things. It's hot and humid, but it's overcast here today, so it doesn't feel too horrible outside.

@MoodyB: your house is built... backwards?? That's...uhhh... odd. Do you have any idea how that happened? (although it sounds like it's working in your favor right now and keeping the hot sun off of it)
@Wildfire: Lol no worries, I know Sea Monkeys are on the stranger side of the hobby spectrum. Most of my hobbies are, lol. (My dad once was encouraging me to basically fake other interests to make "real" [as opposed to online] friends. I explained that I don't wan people to be my friend on the basis of BS! And this was only about three years ago, when I was already in my 30s. Dad's gotta dad, I guess.)
Aw, thank you! And I wish, lol, I'd love to be that fit (within reason at least). But kinda? The hair is about as close as I could get to what I have normally (it's really grown out irl at the moment thanks to the pandemic) and I do actually want to dye it, though I think I want to go teal, not blue. The rest is sort of close-ish I guess. Usually my avatars aren't 'me' but the first one often is, or at least as close as I can get lol.
The art on my profile, though, is actually me, albeit at more my target weight than my current. It's even one of my favorite outfits, lol.
Also your current avatar is so pretty! Very sort of iridescent looking colors. o3o

Not really since we didn't build it, and only lived in it for 4-5 years.
we plan to move out of it due to the land lady rather pay for a dog than actually...take responsibility and fix our severely broken windows...
and add insulation like she promised 2-3 years ago...

i don't think the people who built this place knew what they were doing...
and the wiring of the place is also weird.
like if you have too many things plugged in[maybe two things]
everything will shut off except a few things?? it's weird.
Like in the winter we can't have the TV on with the mini heater+microwave.
despite the tv is not plugged in the same place??
yeah. like it's very hard to open the windows even in the summer.
the one in my bedroom frame is falling apart so bad.
so we be done with this place since it doesn't really seem like she's interested in fixing things she needs to.
just doing the sprinklers, having a dog and mowing the lawn that's like...not long at all.
and she keeps asking my dad to get into our garage. but not giving us a 24 hour notice which i think is what your supposed to do??
so we're looking for a new place. we found some okay places. but sad we can't find anything that allows pets. especially cats ;w;

@MoodyB: that does sound like a weird situation, tbh, and I don't blame you for looking for alternative housing arrangements! It seems like a good think to be doing, imo! I hope you guys find a place that fits your needs and is better than your current location soon! :3 The wiring weirdness is particularly concerning as it could have serious repercussions!!
