"....eh?" the figure muttered.
"You don't...?" he started to ask, before his lips curled into a smile.
"Heh..." he chuckled.
"Eh-heh. Heh, heh... eh-heh-heh-heh... HA-HA... AH-HAHAHAHAHAHA!!" he chuckled further, before it turned into an outright laugh.
"Of course it'd hide it!" he said further.
"Such is the nature of them!" he exclaimed.
"You stupid fool. You don't even know what you're palling around with!" he said to her, seeming to take immense delight in this.
"You don't...?" he started to ask, before his lips curled into a smile.
"Heh..." he chuckled.
"Eh-heh. Heh, heh... eh-heh-heh-heh... HA-HA... AH-HAHAHAHAHAHA!!" he chuckled further, before it turned into an outright laugh.
"Of course it'd hide it!" he said further.
"Such is the nature of them!" he exclaimed.

Aedan just shrugged.
"I don't care." She stated.
"Whatever he is, that is for him to know, for him to decide to share. I wouldn't expect someone to be friends with me if they found out what I am, even." She commented before shrugging again.
"Some would say I'm one of the worst things in the world, after all."
Again, the figure just laughed.
"Ahhh, such bold words." he said.
"But allow me to educate you on something." he told her.
"He wears a disguise to fit in amongst humans." he went on, gesturing to Al.
"He does not fit in amongst them, though. But he refuses to accept his destiny to help his Lord and Master... so we were helping him accept it earlier." he continued.
"After all... what better energy to help summon a denizen of hell... than that of a denizen from hell!?" he then exclaimed.
"Ahhh, such bold words." he said.
"But allow me to educate you on something." he told her.

Aedan was silent for a moment before looking to Al.
"Huh. He's a demon?" She asked.
"That's... actually, that's unexpected." She admitted. "But meh."
"At least he's alive." She stated with a smirk
"........" the figure was silent.
"What?" he asked.
"....what??" he asked further.
"What kind of a statement is THAT?" he asked her.
"He won't be for LONG." he added snarkily.
"What?" he asked.
"....what??" he asked further.

"I mean what I said." Aedan stated.
"At least he's alive." She stated before smirking. She may not have known much abotu runes, but she did know one thing. Whatever essence was used to perform the rune... if the rune was not completed, or if something went wrong, the essence would be returned from whence it came.
Her suspicion was that since she'd caused the change to begin in their body, they would cause the summoning to not work. Meaning he'd be fine.
At least... it was a supicion. She didn't know if she could do anything aside from just wait and see.
"....uh-huh." the figure responded.
"Strange last words." he said to her.
"But whatever." he muttered.
"The time is nigh, and we will succeed in what we have been trying to accomplish for decades!" he declared.
"...wait... no..." Al started to whisper.
"Silence." the figure told him. "You have no right to speak on this matter." they added.
"You don't... the rune... you can't do it... right..." Al sputtered, before the figure just kicked him hard in the head.

AEdan winced before laughing.
"Believe what you want. It won't work though." She then said simply.
"So how long until this show gets on the road?" She asked as she checked her nails for the sake of it. She wondered how long, also, until they realized that they were still bleeding.... from their neck... yet still on their feet, perfectly fine. Hopefully not before beginning with the rune, of course.
"We start this NOW!" the figure exclaimed angrily.
"EVERYONE! PLACES!" they yelled.
"N-no!" Al protested.
"THE TIME IS NIGH, AND WE SHALL BEGIN!" the figure finished.
With that, the figure himself, as well as many others, got into various places, and started to activate a VERY large rune that almost spanned the entire rune.
"You idiotic fool..." Al whispered.
"You cannot do this... as you are now..." he said, as the rune hummed to life, and energy started sparking up everywhere.
"EVERYONE! PLACES!" they yelled.
"N-no!" Al protested.
"THE TIME IS NIGH, AND WE SHALL BEGIN!" the figure finished.
With that, the figure himself, as well as many others, got into various places, and started to activate a VERY large rune that almost spanned the entire rune.
"You idiotic fool..." Al whispered.
"You cannot do this... as you are now..." he said, as the rune hummed to life, and energy started sparking up everywhere.
Aedan just sat and watched as they started the ritual, as they began attempting to summon whom they were trying to. After a bit, no one knew how long, the bouncing magic turned black from the deep glowing crimson that it was before, and that it should be.
Aedan just smirked.
"Told ya." She stated with a bit of a singsong voice as those that were involved started to feel the magic attacking them, literally. It was returning from whence it came - all of it, and wasn't in a very pleasant way. Given what Al was though, he could handle the return with less issues than the coven members.
Aedan got to her feet and made her way over to him, pulling him to his feet. The magic was doing it thing, and he was able to get up - albeit with some help.
"You ok?" She asked, concern in her features and voice as she watched around while waiting for an answer. Neither of them knew what was going to happen next though.
Al had pressed himself up against a wall when she helped him to his feet.
"I... I..." he stammered.
"What's going on!?" one figure exclaimed, as the rune started to go crazy.
"Oh, no...." Al said quietly.
"...Aedan..." he then said to the zombie girl beside him.
"Brace yourself." he told her.
"We're about to... go on a trip..." he said, as a black hole started to form in the centre of the rune.
"I... I..." he stammered.
"What's going on!?" one figure exclaimed, as the rune started to go crazy.
"Oh, no...." Al said quietly.
"...Aedan..." he then said to the zombie girl beside him.

"The hell do you--" Aedan started before she felt the heat at their feet.
"Oh shit..." She muttered, seeming to have an idea as to what it was that was going to come next. It didn't take long, only a few seconds, before there was an immense heat throughout the room. Several of the coven members died from the heat quickly, while others backed away, finding it hard to breathe and seeking some fresh air.
The pair of them weren't there long to see what was going on.
Next thing Al knew, he was on a rocky hot ground, and Aedan was a few feet away, unconscious. That wasn't surprising though, that was a rough trip for anyone.
Al looked over at Aedan, and then looked at the rocky ground.
And his eyes went as large as saucers.
"Oh, no..." he said quietly.
"No, no, no..." he repeated, scrambling to his feet.
"Not here again... oh no, not HERE again..." he said further, before rushing towards Aedan.
"Hey! Aedan?" he said, gently rustling her by the shoulders.
"You awake? You okay?" he asked her.
And his eyes went as large as saucers.

"Ow... I... where the hell are we?" She asked after a few seconds, her voice curious, concerned, and a bit confused. She didn't know, after all.
She was also pretty sre she wouldn't want to hear the answer, because she wouldn't like it. She may not have been sure, but she did have her suspicions.
"....." Al was silent as she asked her question.
"Don't ask questions you don't want the answers to." he told her.
"Damn it all..." he then cursed.
"We need to get out of here... FAST." he said further.
"Are you... okay to walk?" he then asked her.
"Don't ask questions you don't want the answers to." he told her.

"That... was just a very rough ride." She then said after a moment.
"You ok? Or am I the only one who took that in a really horrible way?" She asked with a laugh.
".....I'm all right." Al responded.
"That was just... a rush, though." he muttered.
"Mmm, right..." he mumbled, looking around.
"Rock of Diantholosys... I smell... molten salt lake..." he murmured under his breath.
"Crap." he said further.
"Right, let's... let's just move." he told her, before starting to walk.

Al froze when she made her comment about him having an idea as to what was going on.
"....right." he said.
