The man growled again, and grabbed her hand.
"Listen, here." he said, his grip tightening.
"Enough of this pussy crap." he told her.
"We're takin' this outside!" he barked.
"NOW." he finished, before yanking her arm. Hard.

As her arm was grabbed, the phone fell to the floor.
". . ." She was completely silent, just looking at her phone, before starting to laugh. It was quiet, it was not something that one would WANT to hear. Even on Halloween, it would be a freaky sound to hear.
"No." She stated before quickly tearing her arm out of his grasp, more speed and strength to the movement than Terrence had been able to accomodate for, therefore allowing her to successfully do it. Immediately afterwards, she followed up with her hands on his head bringing it down, and her knee coming up to his chin.
Before he knew what was happening, he felt immense pain in his chin.
He grabbed his face and howled in agony, as he stumbled back and fell on his ass.
"ARGH!" he yelled.
"ASSAULT!" he shouted, as a crowd started to draw.
".....ugh." Kyle grunted, shaking his head some.

Lily just watched him stumble back before approaching, her steps methodical, perfect.
"Ahh, yes. Assault." She stated.
"If we're ignoring the fact that you are the one that initiated it, and ignoring the fact that you had threatened me first." She continued.
"You had, of course, threatened me first, and you even grabbed me." She stated.
"Trust me, I will be the winner in this legal battle when I take you to court."
A security guard approached them, and crossed his arms.
"What happened here?" he asked.
Kyle chimed in, telling him exactly what had happened.
"All right, out you go." he told Terrance.
"Will you be pressing charges?" he then asked Lily.

"All right, out you go." he told Terrance.
"Will you be pressing charges?" he then asked Lily.
"Yup." Lily stated.
"He quite easily has the upperhand, and it's not hard to tell co0nsidering the size difference." She continued.
"So yes. I will be pressing charges. Maybe he'll learn to not be so .... loud... in the future."
The guard nodded.
"Very well." he replied.
"I'll need you to come with me." he told her.
"Just so I can get an official statement." he said further.
"GRAH!" the drunken man then shouted, and started to flee from the scene.
"Very well." he replied.

"Yup. Let's go." Lily said, but didn't say anything about him running. It wasn't something surprising, after all. She expected it. Why would he not run.
"You going to come with, or follow him?" She then asked Kyle, since he was still there.
The guard was immediately chasing the man, and calling in for backup, while Kyle sighed.
"I'm not following Ted." he replied.
"I refuse to be dragged down again by him." he told her.
"He can deal with the consequences on his own." he added, crossing his arms over his chest.
"But I'll need to give a statement anyway." he then sighed again.

Lily nodded, but didn't say anything.

A few hours later, she had made her way home and was up in her room. Her parents were aware of what had happened, and both were more just marvelling at how she hadn't reacted worse. Lily, on the other hand, was just lying on her bed, watching her snake slither around on the bars and such that she'd had installed up there for him.
The serpent wound its way though the bars, weaving itself intricately around, but all the while, it would glance at Lily.
It seemed like he was concerned for her.
Meanwhile, downstairs, out in the backyard, Anna and Andrew were talking.
"That could have been a lot worse." Andrew commented.
"I don't think that guy realizes how close he came to death." he said further.
"Which leads us to another problem..." he muttered.
"Sooner or later, this is going to happen again, and it's not going to be pretty. Someone will end up dead." he told her.
"We need to find something for her to work her aggressions out on." he continued.
"Like you with Lindsay." he commented.

"And she can't go beat on Lindsay like I can, he has a hard time with just me goin' at him sometimes." Anna commented with a light sigh.
"Ash could be an option, but he's not as.... unlikely to die." She added with a laugh.
"I'm not sure who she could go and get it out on. I guess we could put her into some martial arts?"
"Hmmmm..." Andrew muttered.
"That might be a good idea." he said.
"Teach her how to fight, give her an outlet for her aggression and hostilities..." he went on.
"But where?" he then asked.
"We'd need a place that has seasoned fighters, as well as those around her skill level." he said. "And because of her abilities, they'd need to have a... skilled... medic..." he went on, trailing off at the end.
He then paused and started to think, the gears in his head turning.
"I may have an idea, actually." he told her.

Anna just smirked.
"I think I follow your train of thought." She said as she dug her cell out of her pocket and sending a text to someone.
Yo. C'mere. was all the text said.
After a second, she received a response.
Sure thing. they sent.
Gimme 5 minutes. they then sent further.
Am I knocking, just going in, or headed to the backyard? they then asked.
Meanwhile, Andrew just continued to think about what they were considering.
"Only question is... will they allow it..." he wondered aloud.

"That, I have no idea." Anna admitted.
"All we can do, is ask." She added as she replied to Ash's question with an answer.
"Ash'll be here in five." She told Andrew honestly.
"and then we can ask. He may not know all the rules, but he SHOULD be able to give us an idea for this one."
"Awesome." Andrew replied.
Sure enough, about 5 minutes later, Andrew and Anna noticed a flash of black fire off to their side, and Ash stepped out of the smothering and smouldering flames.
"Right then." he said.
"Here I am." he said further, making his way over towards them.
"Sup?" he asked.

"Cass allow 'hunters' that can just access the sparring ring regularly?" Anna asked after a moment.
"Because Lily needs somewhere to go and get out her agressions, before she kills someone and we're in a leagal battle for that." She added with a sigh.
"I really don't want to deal with shit like that..."
Ash was silent for a moment, as he pondered the situation.
".......hmmmmmmm..." he muttered.
"Actually... I think we can manage that." he told her.
"I'll confirm it with Cass, but as co-owner of the guild, I have the authority to allow it." he said. "I just want to show Cass good faith and transparency and such." he explained.
"Odds are a waiver'll be done up for you guys to sign." he then added with a shrug.
"Just so our collective asses are free of red tape constraints."

Anna nodded to show her understanding.
"Good. Because Lily nearly killed someone today." She told Ash honestly, and simply.
"Nailed them in the chin with her knee. Broke their jaw and nose, nearly driving the cartiledge from the latter into their brain."
