Well I was in the middle of organizing when I got pregnant. And it was a hellion of a pregnancy so I couldn't do crap. Now we have a diagnosis for my daughter and so I'm in a different organizing state to get it so that it is easier on her. Lots of labeling and easy to understand organization stuff so she doesn't get overwhelmed when picking up after herself.
I also need to clean a ton before my mom visits for Thanksgiving. And before that my daughter's birthday and the baby shower for my niece to be. She's arriving in January :)
Also Pinterest and five minute crafts and YouTube things like the sorry girls with diy suggestions are a blessing. They're helping me spark my ideas so that I can come up with creative solutions to the problems we encounter.
Like today I built a show rack out of cardboard so there aren't little shoes blocking our entire hallway. And I started a labeling process for our extensive book collection.
One shelf is finished complete with labels on the binding to match the shelf label. So the girls can just go "this book belongs in shelf b!" Instead of .. "where do I put this. Idk. Floor?"
My mom will be staying a few days of she can make it to me. :/ I need to remember to call her tomorrow to see how her doctors appointment went. They found some cyst or something on her spine.
Can't actually remember what she said it was. But the doctors are checking it out and she may not be up to the 8 hour drive.

Omg, I got a fancy bookshelves that I organized my stuff with, but whenever I take a book out, I get too lazy to put it back in its spot... so I put it on the ground or somewhere else... >3>

Also, I didn’t know your mom was coming for Thanksgiving too. O: I hope it’s a nice family dinner.
I think we all feel tired because of daylight savings time. x__x

I only put my books back after I finish reading them xD
Lately I've been donating books though as I finish them unless I know for sure I will want to reread it sometime.
Or a million times .. like certain books xD

My shelves are the ones that move, so there’s shelves hidden behind shelves. The ones that are hidden in the back are cat-proof, but the ones in the front aren’t. xD Cats will find a way to destroy.

I am amazed by the lack of interest in freebies this event.
