That slimy texture is liiiiiife. Omg, I used to eat my eggs raw in Japan all the time. But I can’t do it in America because we don’t regulate them as well, so lots of food borne illnesses.

when i watch gaki no tsukai and they have raw egg dishes they make it look so gooood

Yo, eggs in Japan are different. They don’t dye them like we do in America, so they’re more orange-red, and the yolk tastes soooo good.
I used to make a dish called tamagokakegohan, which is rice, raw egg, and a bit of soy sauce. xD SOOO GOOD.
