Really wish the elements of this background could be equipped separately, but overall really happy with this particular EI. Was one of the first ones I grabbed because of its quality.

I tried coconut flour once with these coconut muffin things I made once. Turned out pretty good, though a touch on the greasy side.
It's been a while since I baked anything though. One thing I wanna learn how to make someday is espresso shortbread, which is just your basic shortbread with espresso powder in it lol.

Yeah we're all tired at work, Mas. Tempers are getting tested and I know so many could use a vacation if only to stay off the job for a week. Idk how much longer they can keep this policy before things start falling apart.

Hell, I wish I could get a 3 day weekend sometimes. My days off are split up during the week, which is nice because it breaks up my week and I get a day off with my fiance, but at the same time, it's not enough of a rest.
Can't really request vacation time because company says so. We're too small to justify people going on vacations because if they get sick and have to be in quarantine, well we're spread too thin.

Ugh, I know the feels on that one too!
My last vacation was last year in June. After that, the longest I took off was a week, but that was just to move. Wasn't really a vacation.

Our weather is usually similar (I'm in Florida) but we've been getting rain every day recently with some sun here and there. It was sunny most of today actually.
