@mdom: It's a bit of all three. The comedic bits are the bigger pieces, but when it wants to make you cry. It will falcon punch you right in the feels. Especially in season 3. I totally recommend watching it.

As I'm scrolling through Facebook as I am wont to do, and I landed on something from WoWhead. Anyway it was two recipes from the World of Warcraft cookbook. Both recipes looked so delicious omg. I do plan on buying the cookbook some day, and trying some of the recipes in it. Would be amazing to eat something I buy all the time and so on.
Would be cool to share recipes for fandom foods though.

@mdom: Yep it's this week. The days can't go by fast enough for me. It's going to be so freaking awesome.

@superbearwars: >w< it's just so awesome that we have one of the theaters showing it. When Rooster Teeth released their first theatrical movie I was so excited, but Lazer Team didn't come here. So this is just totally awesome.

@superbearwars: Exactly. It's like the difference between watching a movie at home and watching a movie in the theater. Sometimes it's all about the experience. Which is why I'm so excited about Thursday evening. RWBY season 5 is going to have an hour long premiere in theaters, I'm so hyped to have a nice experience watching it on a big screen surrounded by other fans.

@superbearwars: I mean, sure the issue will probably end up on ebay or amazon later on. Iunnno I just want to go to the store. It's pretty awesome in there, collecting some of the older issues. Discovering things I didn't know existed.

@Claire: And now I know there were books before those movies.

@superbearwars: Coolio. :3 I like going to the comic store to see all the interesting people enjoying comics. >w< this year there's a Nightwing issue for halloween comic fest. I need that comic, so I must find a way to get into town on that day.

@superbearwars: Is any comic stores near you going to participate in Halloween Comic Fest? Some times stores have amazing sales/discounts while they're handing out the free comics.

I was just reminded today of another book that was discovered because of the movies. It was an interesting path to finding said book. First I saw the remake of The Haunting first, found a movie review that turned me onto the original film, then through another movie review I discovered the book. It's one of my favorite books now. -w- this also happened with Flowers in the Attic and I curse the day I saw that damn film.

Sounds like my struggle with pretty much all comic books.

@superbearwars: There a lot of people who would disagree with me, but I actually liked You've Got Mail and Flubber over their originals. Both were fine for their respective time periods, I just preferred the modern updates. Also the little flubber goo was adorable to tiny kitten ama.
