My character is half tiefling tho, and half dragonborn (just some easthetic changes like the feet, tail, some scales and hands r more claw like). It more so ties in to his backstory. He was raised into a cult and his father whos a dragonborn wanted to create the ultime being. First tried on his son (my character) and "failed", then found a better subject and sacrificed his whole family for it. My character (whos named Gwilym) was able to escape with his mothers help and after surviving on his own got taken in by a group of performers. His main parental figure became "mother", a tall, strong but feminine man. For years all went well until one day Gwilym came back to find his new family dead with a mark of the cult left behinde. Gwilym found that the beast pulling one of the wagons was still alive and rode... rided?... away with them. The beast is basicly a large horse sized tibetan mastiv. Some month go by and there the campaign starts
