Aria led the way, oblivious to their rivalry, as she did what she could to focus on the right path. She was glad the two had seemed to get a long and she hoped they would stay good friends after today.

Shayla couldn't stop her tears. It felt like everything was falling apart. She saw the letter in Stefan's hand,"I guess you have to leave too?" She murmured, feeling even worse.

Aria shook her head,"Of course you aren't a bother." She said with a gentle smile. She looked over as Lyle spoke and blushed a bit, surprised to hear him say that. She smiled and nodded,"I am." She admitted,"I never want to put him through too much grief though." She said.

@Azure: What items do you need?

Shayla nodded, looking down and starting to cry quietly

Shayla watched him go before getting to her feet. She went outside to, watching him head home before she looked over at Stefan,"Chase got accepted to teach cooking classes in the city with Maya." She said to him,"So he and I decided to break up."

Shayla smiled and nodded,"Of course." She said,"This is what you've always dreamed of. You can't just let it go. This is your big chance." She kissed his cheek,"So, as your girlfriend...this is goodbye. But as your friend, I'll always be here for you." She was going to wait, wait til she was alone to fall apart. She didn't want to him to see her cry

Shayla leaned over and hugged him tightly,"I don't want you to go. But you should." She said quietly,"This is a huge opportunity for you. I don't want you to miss out because of me." She kissed his cheek,"Plus we can always be friends. Right?"

Shayla looked down sadly,"So you guys will be leaving." She said quietly, sinking onto the couch. She was really sad, she really cared about Chase. Knowing he and Maya would be leaving made her feel really sad.

Shayla blinked,"Accepted?" She asked, looking confused,"What do you mean?"
