Shayla soon arrived, smiling when she saw Vaughn,"Hey there." She said, sitting with him,"Did you have a good day?"

Shayla quickly took a shower and brushed out her hair, before going and putting on her favorite dress. She looked at herself in the mirror, making sure she still looked presentable. She let out a soft sigh. This was something she use to do with Chase. She really cared about Chase, but she had always had a crush on Vaughn, ever since they had been kids in Forget Me Not Valley.

Shayla giggled,"Hug the moose for me." She said,"I need to go take care of the animals. I can call you back after this evening if you want?"

Aria smiled,"It's mostly I'm a fast reader." She said with a slight shrug,"My favorite book isn't in here. I have it in my room, as Lyle and I are reading from it at the moment. It's one we've read quite a few times, but we always go back to it when we want to read together." She smiled a bit,"Some of these I've had to read for my lessons." She said, looking at all the books in the room,"I think there are one or two I actually should grab for when lessons start up again." She started to look down the shelves, hoping to be able to find them quickly.

"I will." Shayla said. She sighed,"I miss you guys so much already." She admitted.

"He's going to be here for a couple of weeks helping Cain and Hana at their farm. We are getting dinner later." She smiled,"Yes, Vaughn Vaughn. He's bummed out he didn't get to see you before you left."

Shayla smiled and headed home, calling Stefan when she got there,"Dude, Vaughn is here!" She said to him,"It's just crazy the timing... How's Nina doing?"

Shayla smiled and nodded,"I'd really like that! It'll be great to be able to catch up with you." She said. She gave him a big hug again,"I'm so glad your here." She said quietly.

BUMP

Shayla smiled,"It'll be great to see you for a while. I've been having a really hard time lately." She told him about Stefan having to leave to take care of his grandma, who wasn't doing well. She also told him about how she and Chase decided to break up so he could live his dream of teaching a cooking class in the city,"So having an old friend around for a while would actually help me feel better."

She smiled and ran up to him, hugging him gently," I haven't seen you in forever!" She said excitedly,"I can't believe your really here right now."

Shayla jumped and turned around, wondering if it was really who she thought it was,"Vaughn...?"

Shayla was happy to hear from Stefan. She was also surprised by the other letter by an anonymous sender. She wondered who on earth would want her to go to the beach at that time. She was there at noon, but not really sure what she was there waiting for.
