@Alchemists Fire: i got a job with a new pet shop in the neighboring town.
I've been training all week, they scratched me into the schedule pretty quickly after the interview. :3

We own our home in a small-ish town. Our mortgage + bills is quite a bit, the house is about 3200square feet. We rent out two rooms and that supplements utility costs. :d We still find ourselves living paycheck to paycheck, unfortunately. But it's nice having our controlled space and the dogs and kids can roam about. Plus we got chickens. hehe. cx

I always feel like I'm just slapping avatars together and nodding my head with that internal dialogue 'that atta do it' .

I did the math though, even though my pay is decent enough, taxes are going to hurt.

I'm not too musically inclined. So I don't have a current favorite. When I'm cleaning the house, I typically put on electroswing or postmodern jukebox. I do recommend that genre. <3

@Anarchist Beauty: oh dude I remember that feeling. My son when he was small got ringworm. [which is why I forgot- it's been years]. I remember feeling so guilty. e3e and I didn't wanna tell the doc because it seemed like it was preventable.
but it is a fungus. It was random and maybe from the playground or whatever else.
Kitties like weird places where its likely they get weird stuff like ringworm. cx

Work on self care a bit. Shower, clean the house, etc. :d

@Anarchist Beauty: We had ringworm go through our house before- but on people. e_e' I totally forgot about it. It was foot cream that helped. XD
It goes away, but yeah- takes time. o3o

unfortunately my car is still not working. It got a new engine and now there's probably a wiring issue. OTL
My truck is a gas hog. /sigh/

Aaaah. poopy. The ideal job at the fancy place promoted an employee from within. [understandable but I'm disappointed].
They asked if I'm interested in the position that that employee leaves open, which is basically just cashier work and part time.

That's probably not worth the drive there. :\
But I have an official interview on friday for them nontheless.

And everywhere else I called to check on my resume/application- were all "there's a lot of applications to sort through, so we'll call you if you fit the need" -shrugs- OTL

I hate this. XD
