I try to do simple stretches every morning cause I've got two bum knees and sleep like a contortionist. I gotta say, being off of concrete these past few months has been a real relief tho. No more ibuprofen at the end of the day

I've luckily avoided most fandom drama b/c I'm a passive consumer/creator rather than an active one. Also b/c I seem to get into fandoms after they've hit their peak and a lot of the drama has moved onto the next thing lol

Some much of fandom drama boils down to how people consume content. Expecting everything to cater them exactly instead of just being, hmm, this isn't for me, and moving on is a problem I see a lot. This isn't to say we shouldn't call out problematic things. But learning that "thing I don't like" is not the same as "problematic" should be in the how to join a fandom 101

@ChiffonOrange: I would think 16-17 would fall in the grey area. 18+ is generally considered adult. (L*li/sh*ta is a no go.)

One of the problems fandom seems to have is when characters are aged up 18+. Some people seem to view that as the same as if they were depicting underage characters??? (Teen Wolf and Voltron come to mind.) That may have been more twitter/tumblr drama thing but I know a lot of artists I follow stopped posting for awhile or locked their accounts to new followers.

@ChiffonOrange: Here's a good write of their stance. But basically it boils down to no explicit art of minors and grey area fictional character cases are at mod discretion.

One of tumblr's big problems was their underage art userbase (and other illegal types of art/photos 🤢). So it's good that PF made their stance clear

That and I really loved DA's search/browse feature. Which they've completely ditched in favor of the ALGORITHM. Lord how I hate the algorithm.

I have those, but they're not really "gallery" websites

I keep trying to use DA Eclipse and I give. It's time to move on
