just try to be active for like 30 mins to 1 hour a day =O you can go for a walk...... just never ever do situps if your new to exercise! if youre a woman it is an really destrucktive exersise for your pelvic floor

I dreamt there was a Bad aura in our House so a neighbour came and investigate it. She activate the Aura and some hell creatures came out of it and make the Air poisonous and toxic. To protect my dad and my bf i sacrifice my life to that hell creatures and was going to a parallel universe (there i need to make some crafts with clay .... it was wierd yes) after that I try to get out of this universe (first big battle with the clay Artist woman... why clay? ) finally i get out and the air was normal again in the normal world. The hell creature Prince still was in our World and now an axe maiden i called Anna was try to kill him but he Fell in love with our neighbour....... it was dramatical omg xD

@Tsundererra: yes if i know something about headache than this!!!! XD i had a Time i though the same about every Aspekt in my body and it made me really really sick. So i learned that the most pains you have are harmless.
Sure why it should Sound diffrent ;) we all are human :D i always need to think about an Song from korpiklaani "keep on galloping my black horse....." xD
I just move to sulani with my sims because of the stuff you can find at the beach i just have vampires and witches at this household (and the House is a way to small) need to move again! But sulani also is pretty and the neighbours are friendly... I just dont know why they came into my House cleaning it while iam at work xDDD
