YAS I did in fact get back into it because of avi sites. I always meant to anyway. But there was really only two things that could get me back into it. Drawing for avatar sites or writing out my stories. And writing out my stories is so very very low on my projects lists haha.

Yea! I do mostly watercolor/calligraphy for traditional art although I’ve dabbled in just about everything. My traditional work (and bullet journaling) are under the same username on instagram.

Oh me too! I’ve been on a ‘hiatus’ from digital art specifically for like five years and I’m only just starting to get back into it within the last month.

@xvz: Oh absolutely. I’m planning on building in a slot in my art shop specifically so that people can pay me less to let let me choose what I want to draw so I can play around haha.

lol that angel incident sounds like me when I was younger. I don’t know how the extended family got it in their heads that I liked unicorns when I’ve literally never cared that much for them but suddenly I had way too many unicorn things pfft.

@xvz: I’m using clip studio paint on the iPad with some set brushes from Frenden and Daub that I’ve had for ages and ages and never seem to properly try to use them all so I experiment a bunch lol.

Well the first one was my dappervolk avatar. The second one is a commission from someone on here. If I get to a third piece it’ll probably be my avatar on here so I can do a post style with it.

Eeeey the site has survived a successful upgrade.

Yea it’s definitely snappier now which is nice.

It was time about a half hour ago and the site was definitely down-down for part of that because I got weird error messages.

Is the upgrade over? It still feels a little laggy.

One art piece done, now onto the second!
