I can't eat onions unless chopped suuuuper tiny. And I used to put celery in things like tuna salads but my middle girl hates celery and will not eat anything with celery. I'm like... But I'm just adding it for the crunch t.t it's tasteless. Whyyyyy

If I'm doing tuna sandwhiches it's just mayo and buffalo sauce.
If I'm doing tuna and crackers I put in mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and maybe a bit of something else if I'm feeling it that day. And bacon bits. Because bacon.
And then I eat it with crackers. XD

@xvz: oh nah. Spinach as a lettuce replacement is even better. I just rarely have spinach at home because it doesn't keep well. Maybe with our new house it can. I can only eat it fresh. The texture cooked skeezes me out.
Except in an omelette.... Which I guess is not a real omelette? When I scramble the egg I had the cheese and ripped up spinach right to the egg and scramble it together and then cook it in the pan like an omelette. Flip. Add more cheese for melty goodness in the center and close it up like an omelette. So it's some kinda calzone oeletter frittata mix thing...

@xvz: I don't like boring sandwhiches >.< If I'm gonna have a sandwhich I want it filled with flavor like a full meal.
My preferred is lettuce, tomato, bacon with buffalo sauce and tuna on a nice sub roll. Num num.
But I also do chipotle aioli for a bit of a kick on a ham sandwhich with lettuce, tomato, slice of provolone and a crunching pile of Doritos placed on top so I can squish down into nummy bits.

@Totalanimefan: that makes no sense if 32f is 0c wouldn't 9c be like... 50f ? So my preferred temp range of 60-70f is 15-20c ish.. right?

Posted in Mad Tea Party: Hangout and Raffle Posted 4 years ago

I'm standing in my kitchen doing nothing. Even though I said I'd make a ham sandwich. I remembered I'm out of chipotle aioli. And spicy brown mustard. So I'd have to put buffalo sauce to have spicy and I reserve the buffalo for my tuna blts. So I'm jumping about what to do
