well I am not sure what o fill it out in as it is a pdf i have to fill out and save and upload as a pdf

yea usally involving miscrosoft which I dont hav and cant install on my laptop

yeap it get quick pretty fast when people wake up or get home from work. missed yesterday as I was stressed with pdf reading ( and trying to figure out how to make a pdf X_X;; )
