@Amber Lynne: make sure to keep it clean. I knew someone who didn't and it got infected. He had to go back to the hospital within a few days after surgery.
They are and they were only 90 cents

@Amber Lynne: when you have ouch in place a, you automatically start using other muscles. They won't be used to that and will hurt.
