have you heard of daiso? they have them in the bay area and i think are similar!

i would be interested in a cyberpunk / urban fantasy setting :-)
i haven’t seen altered carbon or deus ex but i would love to do like a future / near future, like new new york / maybe neotokyo esque setting that includes humans and non-human creatures in society (anthros/demons/faes/elves/etc)
and maybe there’s corruption / society crumbling etc !
for writing sample, i have an rp w lullaby if you want to read my posts: thread
i enjoy world building and prefer oc’s as well! if it's ok, i like to do a little bit of skeleton planning to make things easier for myself but it doesn't have to be super in-depth, just to get an idea of a loose plot to work towards and maybe characters / what their dynamic could look like

i think it could be doubling bc \ is often used as an escape character in computer world but idk why the apostrophe would be making it show up in the first place

@chiffonorange: ah it's been a while since i watched it so i'm not sure what my opinion on it would be like today
but at the time i remember it being ~ edgy ~ lol and pretty surreal which i like a lot
i remember the animation being very dynamic!! like quick movements, lots of dynamic/distorted perspective, bold colors, angles, etc.
also there's a tv head character!! i wouldn't mind making a cosplay avi sometime w the tv head item we have here

storebought is still good ^^
going to the store can be more of an effort for me (i live in the city so it's all walking and carrying lol) so i'd rather not have to leave the house to get my brownie fix lol
oh hmm i think brown sugar is just sugar with molasses? i think for me it tastes a little different, like white sugar can taste kind of thin to me sometimes?
also one time i made brownies with white sugar and didn't dissolve it all the way so i kept tasting the sugar grains lol and i think associate it with that experience

plus most of the us is very spread out so a lot of people end up needing to drive cars
i know mopeds are super common in some countries tho! like mopeds and motorcycles are just a common part of the culture and not just a niche hobbyist thing (like it is in the states)

oh my gosh
this is the exact kind of content i want in my life tysm for sharing!!! * sob * lol i just watched a bunch of woodfibrebirder videos
if there are other channels you follow and feel inclined to share i would love to subscribe to them!!! whenever i try to look for bird videos on youtube (i.e. searching "bird videos") it's always like clickbaity ~ funny/cute compilations ~ (which i still enjoy a lot don't get me wrong lol) but videos of animals in nature is what i actually want!!!!
lol @ the starling vid! i guess when you have such a wide range of sounds you can make and grow up around / hearing humans, it makes sense you would replicate the sounds humans make
oof sometimes i'm overwhelmed by how cute some birds are
if i could pet a bird my heart would sing with joy
