Rebecca was completely silent before just taking a deep breath, hoping that things would calm down around her. Overall, she felt like she was going insane by this point.

"The fuck is going on...?" She wondered as she just leaned agains tthe edge of the pool, not entirely sure what to make of what was going on, not even sure she could understand it. All she could do, was hope that maybe, just maybe, she'd be able to deal with this without losing her sanity, something that she honestly felt like she was.

She wasn't a paranoid person, yet she was getting to be very paranoid about everything.... and she'd be lying if she said she was all right with it.

She jumped, whirling around in the water to find no one there.

"I'm going insane..." She said quietly as she looked around, realising that it would liekly do her a lot of good to talk to someone, professionally, about the marks that Liam had most certainly left upon her.

"dammit...' she muttered with a sigh as she just let herself sink beneath the surface of the water for a few seconds before surfacing again and leaning back against the wall of the pool again.

The next thing that Rebecca knew, she was out of the pool, with a soaking wet Jake there.

"I..." She started, sitting up.

"What are you doing in here?" She asked, her voice curious, and rather surprised. She didn't remember anyone else coming into the pool aread.

Along with that, though, she was also internally freaking out from what had happened. However, she also had more on her mind.

Rebecca was silent as he said all that, before bringing a hand to her head.

"I..." She started before shaking her head.

"I have no idea what to say." She admitted.

"Other than thank you."

"I... I think I'm all right?" Rebecca answered.

"And... I have no idea what happened." She admitted after a few seconds.

"I just... I paused to catch my breath, and then the next thing I know, I'm ... well, here, with you."

"I... yeah. I'll head back." rebecca agreed with a nod.

"And... I know that there should be, but normally... well, one could argue I'm a creature of the sea. Not... sure what the hell happened." She then said with a light sigh.

"Anwyay, thanks. I'll catch you later." she told him before collecting her things and heading off, not even bothering to proeprly cover heerself more than her swimsuit (which was a rather lacey bikini) was covering.

"Careful." Becca muttered as she walked, knowing none of them would hear her. She also knew that it really was an instinct to normally hum or something, and she was fighting that urge back now. It wasn't easy, but she did so regularly enough that it was becoming easier, thankfully. The last thing she wanted was to cause problem shtere.

As she walked and one onlooker got a little too close for comfort (stepping in her way), she couldn't avoid it. She merely hummed a few notes and watched as he seemed to melt and become putty in her hands. However, she knew it wouldn't last long, at all.

"Go away and leave me alone." was all she said before they left, and she continued on. Thankfully, she didn't run into anymore issues by the time she reached her dorm.

Becca froze as she saw the shadow. After the text chimed, and sighed before reading it, hoping it wasn't something that was going to haunt her. Only to find she wasn't that lucky.

Leave me alone. was all she sent, as that was exactly what she wanted. She wanted him to leave he rbe, but she realised that it wouldn't be likely to happen. She didn't know much about the man, but did know that he was one that wouldn't give in easily. If at all.

She tossed her phone onto the couch before heading to her room and getting changed into some proper clothing. Once that was done, she sighed before grabbing her phone again, and heading out.

Maybe the boss man there would be able to help.

Rebecca's steps slowed to a stop as the texts continued.

"....." She didn't say anything, and didn't dar try to reply. She knew that he'd just reply with some other thing to distracct her... and she knew it'd work. She didn't know why it would, but it would.

"Dammit." She muttered, knowing she couldn't deny what he was saying.

So, she just sighed, and headed for the entrance. She hated Liam, yes, but she was aware of how right he was. It wouldn't be good if there was a threat there.

She knew he'd managed to get into her head, but also knew that he wasn't exactly wrong here.

Rebecca was silent before leaving, the door closing softly behind her before heading off back to the house that she shared with Jackson. She had a suspicion she'd find something there for where to go. She knew what she was doing.

For some reason, she had it in her head that if she went willingly, Liam (who she believed was the one responsible for the current state of the world) would stop everything.

So she was heading home to hopefully figure out where to go. For some reason, she was sure that she'd receive a text at some point.
