... good news: we sold the tandem kayak we had for sale. We're meeting tomorrow for the hand-off and actual sale.

Dinner tonight was a salad: sauteed chicken, zucchini, chickpeas, olives, artichoke hearts and red onion with mostly Italian spices, on some arugula and topped with a little bit of goat cheese and just a touch of olive or avocado oil (personal preference). It was really good. :3
