Also for the previous convo.. I enjoy Rick and Morty.. :x But as far as Anime.. something I’ve watched recently and need to finish is Natsume’s Book of Friends. :3

Apparently someone called looking for a job, and coworker basically hung up on them. And I asked why he didn't take the phone to the manager. He said he didn't know we were supposed to.

Are you looking for work too, then? I thought you were trying to spin your art in to some kind of income...
@Kory: oh! Congrats! You should follow up with the call back and see what happens before you make any decisions, obviously... but you sound really excited about the possibility of getting this job - and that alone tells me that you're not ready to give up on your acting dream just yet ;) <3

@Wildfire: Yup. my dad thinks they somehow messed up or broke something
and trying to fix it unsuccessfully lol.
I am. just it's very unsuccessful. Tho created a cuter more simple commission style
so maybe eventually something will bite.

but my sister who suffers from insomnia said they've been still working on it.
yeah. eventually someone's gotta be interested.
but will work on a few areas of my art that i feel could use
more work. definitely clothing and coloring.
but i am happy with this cute doodle i did of my alien OC.
although i forgot her sleeves...
decided my cute style could also help my normal drawing style too.
and an easier option for drawing that doesn't have to be so stressful lol

It's easy to make those comparisons, especially when you've worked so hard, so long, for something... but you really can't compare yourselves to others - you need to follow your own path, learning from your experiences along the way. It sounds like you're really close to catching that break... and it sounds like you're definitely still interested in pursuing that path. I really hope that childrens' host thing comes through for you! :3

It's not even 8am here and I'm already feeling like this is going to be a busy day for me... there just seems to be a lot of little things that I need (or should) get done. We'll see what actually happens.

★彡 @Wildfire: I was writing on my journal while having my coffee this morning which took longer than I expected. Then done some cleaning here and there and done the laundry.
Now I'm not sure what else to do and the weather just looks ugly and windy outside to go for a walk. But at least it's getting warmer here.
