"Gotcha." was all she said before heading off, leaving Sharp alone to consider what it was that was going to go next, what the hell was going to happen.

It took quite awhile. It was nearly three days before anyone heard or saw anyone from the lab. It wasn't until Aedan surfaced, running through the halls to find someone that could help. Specifically, Zeke, ideally. But even then, she didn't know if he'd be able to help.
She found him in the cafeteria and hurried over.
"Yo. Med Wing won't be quick enough. Kiah needs you. Now. Before she dies. so MOVE."

Meanwhile, a cloaked figure stood over Kiah, examining her, and the spirit that had risen from the body, but was still tethered to it... for now.
"You don't have long." he told her.
"50 seconds. A minute, tops."
"Then let's go." he said.

"Seriously... what happened?" She then added. "Because... honestly, I'm seriously lost on this. I mean, .... from what I know, none of that, nothing should have happened to result in this..."

"I'm willing to bet that there's a good chance that I'm still gonna be lousy shape though." She added with a sigh before looking toward the cloaked figure.
"Gregory, I'm guessing. Sorry, you don't get to claim me today."

"Yes, I'm Gregory." the figure responded, as a sword materialized in Zeke's hand, and he slammed the blade down into the floor, causing Kiah's body and spirit to be surrounded by a rune of light, which rose up into a barrier-like pillar around her... though it was still translucent.
"The healing properties of my mana aren't nearly as potent as your standard angel, but I can at least tether your spirit and soul to your body while I DO heal you." Zeke commented.
"Just HAD to interfere, didn't you?" Gregory asked him.
"I'm a Nephilim. My existence itself can be seen as problematic and bothersome, so it only makes sense I interfere and get in the way." Zeke responded as he got to work.
"....fair point." Gregory agreed with a shrug.
"Seems you Fyranes are just destined to cheat me." he told Kiah.
