He then sighed, and shook his head.

"Well, I'm going to tell Madam." he told her.

"Go back to what you were doing. I'll call for you if need be." he said.

With that, he made his way to where the one he was referring to was, pausing at the door for a second, before knocking.

Sure enough, she headed off as she was told to. It wasn't anything too surprising though, due to the mana that was quite firmly woven into her mana.

The door wasn't opened when he knocked, and it took a second knock before he heard anything. Her voice was full of irritating and a lack of patience, but he heard her call out.

"Enter!" She called to whomeer was there, not knowing who it was.

When he made his way in, he saw her at the desk he knew she had in there - that he'd helped set up, even - studying something.

"What." It wasn't a question.

He flinched ever-so-slightly when she said the last word. However, he knew that the longer he was silent, the worse it would be. So he steeled his nerves and quietly cleared his throat.

"Caelia spoke to me." he told her.

He then paused for another moment, mentally preparing his next statement.

She needed to be told all the info as quickly as possible, without wasting ANY of her time. More than he already might be.

"The scabbard has been activated." he revealed.

"She says middle North America."

She was silent for a moment before meeting his gaze.

"Really." She started, a subtle smirk to her voice.

"Well then, I suppose you are going to arrange to collect the who is wielding the sword."

He paused for another moment.

All they knew was a vague area. And he'd told her that. And her she was, making that 'request'. Which meant she expected him to leave, and not return unless it was with the sword and wielder.

"...yes, Madam." he replied.

"I shall leave immediately." he told her.

"I will need to take the wizard with me, of course." he then added.

"Do it." She stated before grabbing something from within one of the desk drawers and tossing it over. When he picked it up, he found it to be a satchel.

"Use what you need." She then said as he checked within, to find a wallet, and a key. The wallet, he knew, had money, ID, and credit cards. The key was for a car that she likely had stashed away somewhere over there, so that transportation was easier to do. There was also a phone in there, that was so enchanted it was nigh on indestructible.

"Keep in contact."

He looked over everything within it, before looking back to her and nodding.

"Of course, Madam." he replied.

He then excused himself, and left.

It seemed like things weren't ALL bad right now. Sure, earlier, there had been the mishap, but this piece of info was big.

VERY big.

She'd been waiting a while for that scabbard to finally come to life.

And now... excalibur was ever-so-close to being in her possession. Even if by proxy.

The woman he'd left just got to her feet, herself, and left the room. She made sure to lock the door behind her, and headed off down the hall toward the necromancer she still had. She needed him to do another rune, after all.

It took awhile, longer than either would like to admit at about two weeks, before Caelia stopped.

"wait..." She said, looking around.

"I can feel the sword."

"....FINALLY." he groaned.

"All these wild goose chases and falsehoods." he went on.

"It was so bothersome to kill people that got too nosey about us." he grumbled further, showing no remorse.

"Where?" he asked.

"What direction?"

Caelia was silent as she closed her eyes, concentrating.

"Northwest." She said simply.

"Possibly in the middle of the forest we're near." She added before looking over to him.

"I'm not entirely sure, I admit."

"..." Azari was silent again, before sighing heavily.

"Fine." he said.

"Guess we're going northwest." he told her.

"You first." he ordered.

"You're the one that seems to have some vague clue as to where we're going." he growled.

"And this had better be worth it." he went on.

"It won't be good for either of us to return to Madam empty-handed."

"I completely realise that." Was all Caelia said.

She was sitting on the grass, just taking a break while her sparring partner had headed off to relieve himself.

"Damn." She muttered, looking to the sword on the grass next to her.

"I did NOT expect that thing to be so light and easy to use. Holy hell." She added before just laying back. She was there for all of a minute, if that, before she felt a warmth at her hand, the one by the sword.

"Eh?" She wondered before rolling onto her side to check the blade, only to find it glowing slightly.

".... the hell?"

She also noticed something else... the blade was moving. Not as in moving away from her, it was just... moving. Shaking. Lightly quivering. Almost as though a magnet were pulling at it, but it was too weak to actually move the thing.

However, she noticed the sword had spun a little, and the blade was pointing in a very specific direction towards a thick part of the woods.

And it wouldn't stop.

The warmth wasn't getting any weaker, nor was it getting any stronger.

It was just... there.

"...... The hell is going on?" Kelly wondered before sighing as she sat up.

"Zeke! You around!?" She called out, wondering if he was anywhere nearby. She didn't know what to make of what hte blade was doing, and wanted to ask the one person that was anywhere around her for the moment that might possibly know anything.

Although she did realise she could call Vincent too, but she wasn't sure if he'd be too busy for the moment or not.

"Almost done, here!" he added.

As he said this, the blade continued to point in that one direction. It was no longer spinning, but still vibrating and glowing, and she could feel the heat coming off of it.

After a few more seconds, she heard Zeke returning.

"All right, all right." he said.

"What's up?"

"... seems that it's acquired a life of it's own." She commented.

"Any idea what all that show that it's putting on, means?"

"...odd." he muttered.

"Why would it...?" he started to ask, before he paused, his eyes widening.

"It's pointing to what completes it." he realised and vocalised.

"...the scabbard." he told her.

"It's here somewhere. It's close."

"I'm going to let this thing lead me to where it is, then." she added with a chuckle.

"No need." they both heard from the edge of the clearing they were in.

When they looked over, they saw an unfamiliar female standing there, and she had a scabbard in her hands.

One whose inlaid gems were glowing.

"..." Zeke was silent for a moment, looking at her.

"Who are you?" he asked.

"And why do you have that scabbard?" he asked her further, narrowing his eyes.

He wasn't sure if this person meant any harm, so he wasn't taking any chances until she answered him.

"And my name is Caelia." She continued.

"But you might know my title of Merlin, better." she finished with. Kelly just paused, not entirely sure if she could believe that.
