Sariel just sighed, heavily.

"The scabbard and sword have been reunited." She told him.

"Excalibur is home, in the hands of the one who was chosen, and with it's boosted scabbard. However..." Shet railed off before shaking her head lightly, looking to Vincent agian.

"The scabbard, the sword, the chosen one, and Merlin are all under the thumb of Vanessa Encrae."

"However..." Sariel started.

"Your connection to Merlin might actually prove beneficial here." She commented. When he looked sharply toward her, she just held her hands up defensively.

"I mean it. It's possible that the history you two share could help you locate her." She told him.

"Or Kelly."

"And you have the necessary mana and probably know how, to actually try and find her via her mana, and your connections." Sariel commented.

"I doubt the Fyranes could do it to find their own." She added. "Far more mana is required to even hope to possibly be able to find the target when in the hands of that elf."

"And sadly, none of us celestiels can help."

"I will leave you to that, then." Sariel said with a soft smile.

"I do apologise for the rather disparaging news." She added before stepping back.

"Good luck finding them."

About a week later, Kelly was standing in the middle of a room, her sword in hand, as the rune was devised around her. She was concerntrating, calling upon the mana that was needed here, boosting the rune.

The one who was orchestrating this was standing agains thte wall, watching it all.

"Go get the necromancer. With him having been revived from the previous failure, he should be quite good for this one." She stated to the elf that was by him.

"Get the others we have ready for this as well."

Sammy, of course, just grabbed her brothers wrist.

"....No." She stated as she pulled her brother down again.

"Stay put, Evan." She said simply. No matter what it was that was done to her, she was still extremely determined, she hadn't lost that spark of hers yet. It wasn't something too surprising, considering she was a Fyrane, but the other two seemed ot have been easier to make agree.

Although it wasn't hard to believe that maybe she was allowed this freedom as a means of a method of breaking her.

"You bastard." Sammy growled before throwing a ball of flames at the elf. She didn't know what the hell they'd done to deserve bein ghtere, but she knew that one, or both, pissed off some diety out there.

She wrapped her arms around Evan and just closed her eyes, concentrating. She was going to try and use her own mana, the Fyrane rune, to stop her brother, to stop him from going to certainly die.

As it spread out across the floor, but stayed roughly where they were, freezing her brother in place because of the mana that was so intricately woven into his own. It, in essence, froze that mana, but sadly the soul that it was attached to as well.

"I won't let you take him." Sammy stated.

Sammy's response was to, surprisingly enough, blast him in the face with whatever flames she could conjure, flames that were suprrisingly strong. The mana that was woven within her own mana by this point should have eliminated that possibility, but she could still access it. She was able to use it as deftly as always.

If nothing else, it proved that she would be one hell of an addition to the roster.... if she could be broken.

"Bite me, bitch." She snarled as he staggered back from the pain in his face. He wasn't blinded, seemed there was enough mana within her to stop her from doing any truly serious or debilitating damage, it would heal.

Sammy was quick to react. The fifteen seconds before it all hit hard, she took the time to just force all her mana out in one rather large pulse that burned the one that was there... and her brother a bit, sadly. Thankfully, he had the natural Fyrane resistance to fire though, so it wasn't much at all.

"Eat shit." She snarled, knowing that this wasn't something that would go well. She'd be down and out soon, she knew that, but she also knew that she wasn't going to just let this go. The least she could do was mar him as best she could.

However, again, she couldn't do anything too serious to the elf thanks to the mana that was put into her.

".... Bite me." Sammy snarled at him, although there wasn't nearly as much to it as there had been before. What he'd dosed her with was certainly starting to hit.

"Shit..." She mutered.

"Evan... I love you." She said quietly as he felt a heat from her, moments before she dropped, unconscious as the timer had ended.
