Xeri took a second before quickly making her way into the room.
"Hello again." She said with a smile, and a soft wave.
"Your reflexes are beautiful, Karivyn." She added after a moment or two, sincerity to her words. She wasn't taking it as an outright attack on her, as she was sure it wasn't.
"Sara, how well can you control your flames and heat?" She then asked the child.
". . . really wel..." was Sara's reply.
"You feel like helping me out? I risk making a mess - and that really wouldn't be good - if you don't cauterise the wound for me." She added. Sara paused a moment. It wasn't something she hadn't done before - as she'd been asked previously - but it was something she wasn't entirely keen on doing. After a few seconds though, she nodded.
"Good. Thank you." was all Xeri said before taking the arrow out, appreciating that it wasn't fully stuck in. Only an inch and a half or so, enough for it to have enough purchase to stay with her easy movements. Once it was out, she tore and cut her sleeve with the sharp arrow head, before approaching the child who was on Karivyn's back.
"If you would be so kind." She said. Sara was obviously hesitant, but did so without much hesitation. It took a couple minutes, but eventually, she was done.
"Thank you. Stings like hell, but I know that'll fade." She added before pausing.
"Ah! Right. The reason I'm here" She then said before pausing.
". . . may not entirely work well." She admitted.
"what do you mean?" Sara asked, her tone curious.
"well... I know I can get you to where my brother and I are going to collect people to keep them safe, but... not sure I can carry a centaur." Xeri admitted, looking to Karivyn.
