For context I work at a Goodwill Bookstore, or for those who do not have Goodwills. A used bookstore.

This random guy comes into the sorting area through the outside doors. Asking if any of the stuff there is for sale. Way too far into the room. Donation attendant is ignoring they guy. As I'm telling the rando that he has to exit the area he can't be back there. 'Ain't gonna steal nothin, can't talk to me like that', ignoring me as I doing my fucking job telling him to get out of the area. DA just cheerfully talking to this guy who was telling me off.

Yeah. It's cool to just you know, chill.

They really are rare indeed.

Oh my favorite regular is actually a kid. He's always polite, cleans up after himself, and treats the books well. I make sure to find dinosaur stuff for him, since that's his favorite topic.

And thank you.

Yep. Did have a kid on Monday who was like 'I like books' at me, and then says 'I like you, it's nice to meet you'.

We might get some of the older kids, teens, and like college students. Not the annoying tiny children.

It does.

I don't know if the bookstore will get as busy, since most people are doing stuff like the museum and traveling.

I might. Not like my friend though, he works at an outdoor museum cafe. Lol apparently Monday was awful with the number of hyperactive unsupervised children hordes.

Thankfully they were the only misbehaving children I had to deal with yesterday. It's our Spring Break though, so there could be more.

@Wildfire: Right? They were misbehaving the whole time they were in the store. Just ignoring when their mom and grandma told them to do anything.

Had children running through the store playing tag today and the grandma was like 'walk', in a weak voice. Tells them to stop a few times and is ignored. As they go to leave after paying for their stuff, she gives these crotch goblins 5$ for being good.
