It took him a few minutes to get back into the habit of dancing, but he made sure to go at a pace that would be good for his companion too.

She squirmed shyly, “I’ll always do what I can..” She said softly, “You.. took me in. I want to repay that favor as much as I can.”

He smiled gently, taking her hand and leading her onto the dance floor to try. He wanted her to have fun..

She came back out with her bag, setting it by the door and moved to get the container of cookies too. Once she had those, she moved back to where the Doctor was, both items in hand now. “That should be it..”

“It’s been a few hundred years for me too..” he said thoughtfully, smiling.

Once the door was opened, she stepped inside with her and shyly let go of her hand. “I’ll grab my bag..” She had kept it packed at all times.. just to be ready..

“Did you want to?” He asked curiously.

She went a little red, holding her hand and nodding. “Banana chocolate ones..” she said shyly, walking with her.

He looked around a bit and smiled warmly, “Seems very lively..” he wondered if she wanted to..

“Just the outfits I packed..” she said shyly, “And the cookies I tried to bake while you were sleeping before work that day..” She added in quietly.

He led her in with a soft smile, opening the door for her to step inside first.

She went a bit red, well- best if they both knew. “Sore and tired.. thanks for getting Torchwood’s help..” she said softly, patting the console before holding on.

He watched her, following her gaze. “Want to see what they’re doing?”

She slipped inside shyly, moving to the console, relaxing a bit more. It was really comforting to be here.. she felt as if the tardis was her home.. however temporary it may be.. She never knew when she’d have to stop traveling.
