She smiled softly, sitting on the smaller countertop shyly as she watched. “Oh- I never told you my name. Sorry, because you know it later.... it’s Artemis..”

He nodded softly, “A warmer planet first.” He said thoughtfully. “Then another cold one.”

“How many faces is it for you?” She asked curiously, watching him. Geez he was cute..

He smiled warmly, “I’m glad. There’s other places that will be cold that id like to take you to see.”

She watched him curiously. The more she was around him, the easier it was to relax. He looked different, but any time she looked at his eyes she could see the same. His eyes definitely showed his age.. He didn’t even look that old.

“It smells good..” she said softly, watching them cook.

He smiled, “It is. Bit on the cold side.” He wasn’t cold though, but he knew humans got cold easily.

“No.” She said shyly, still a bit red. “A lot of things are new to me.” She finished putting everything away, recycling the bags with the others to be used again later, and then just.. watching him.

He nodded, letting her look over the menu but ordering them two hot cocoa drinks for now.

She looked in the bags a moment before pulling out what he wanted. The little store didn’t have much so she got a little of everything to try. “These?”

He grinned sheepishly and led her to a table, letting her sit down first. “This place has great hot chocolate.”

She had the ice cream in her hands, watching him. “I’ve only been here for a few hours.” She said shyly, “It’s very beautiful..” she added in, putting the food away after realizing her hands were getting really cold.

He was so.. happy looking. She really loved that. The Doctor deserved all the happiness.

He gently led her over to a cafe nearby, opening the door for her and letting her in first. “If you’d like we can walk around the town here too.”

She opened the door after taking the keys, still a very deep red. “It’s alright, really just.. didn’t expect it.” She said shyly, moving to the kitchen. He was seriously adorable..

He frowned a little, “Yeah.” He turned his screwdriver off so the fish could swim away and smiled gently. “Want to check out the cafe nearby?”
