I've just always sped over them and consciously thought about how they're just cute little symbols or :3 faces with extra stuffs. Lol.

@Totalanimefan: I've never been a part of a Gaia FB group. But I do remember finding the Ernya groups and feeling not entirely lost.
The betrayal we all experienced when we were told the site would be up until a certain date and then it was gone several days before was devastating.
But those FB groups helped soften the blow.

@Jolly: It seems they're setting more up currently! :D

It looks like they have quite a story for us to experience, from what they've put up so far.

@Ruby: Oh man, I'd completely forgotten about that.
There's a pet/avi site I've been on for a little over a year that just implemented that in their most recent event.
But I don't think you can get event currency by posting, so it's quite different from most sites in that regard.
I miss the community the most. I had met so many amazing people and friends there.
No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to find that family feel on any other site. =/
