Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Leo raised an eyebrow.

"...huh." he muttered.

"If I recall correctly, she was having dreams about getting a new camera or something, since her old one was dying or dead." he commented. "Guess she finally got it." he shrugged.

"Anyway, yeah, we got BIG problems." he mumbled.

"I need to report to Miss Syraene, and YOU need to hide away." he told her.

"Because if things continue going the way this seems to be going, this world is going to go to hell. Fast."

great big one on me.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Leo nodded along with what she said, before pausing.

"...wait, what?" he asked.

"Flash? Camera?" he asked further, clearly a bit confused.

"I admit, that is... NOT something I expected to hear about you visiting Ash and Lindsay..." he continued.

"What... happened?" he inquired.

"Like, can you elaborate on that?"

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

"I know." Leo responded.

"And no, I DON'T know how to deal with this." he told her. "I don't even know what could have CAUSED this, so finding a counter for it would be... practically impossible." he lamented.

"However, I am going to Miss Syraene with this." he then assured her further.

"She might have some ideas, she might not... but she needs to know." he reasoned, shaking his head.

"Anyway, are you all right?" he asked. "You look a little... I dunno, out of sorts..." he commented.

"Then again, not surprising, considering what all you and I have just learned." he then admitted with a small sigh.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Ash and Lindsay looked at Jordan as she frantically snapped away with the photos, before Ash spoke up.

"Okay, okay, okay." he said.

"Calm down with the trigger finger there, ace." he told her, as the woman disappeared fully, reappearing in her Salem home. When she looked around, she saw that Leo was still there... but mere seconds later, he 'came to'.

With a familiar startled yell.

"..." he was silent as he looked around, and saw Rocky there.

"Well, guess I don't need to write it." he muttered.

"Agent Sharp has been affected." he confirmed. "Far greater than the other 3."

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Lindsay looked between Jordan and Rocky, before sighing lightly.

"Yeah, sure." he replied.

Ash then popped his head out the door, and noticed their Aunt.

"Oh, hey Aunt Rocky." he greeted her.

"Yeah, she was just here to tell me something to pass on, and was about to skedaddle quickly." Lindsay commented.

"Aw." Ash muttered. "That's no fun." he said, pausing a moment.

"...and a little on the worrying side." he added.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

She could tell Lindsay didn't like hearing that.

But he knew it was pointless to argue about all this, so he just sighed heavily.

"Very well then." he relented.

"If that is what you feel you must do." he said.

"...try and be safe, then." he went on, before looking back into the manor.

"Guess it's for the best you're not coming in. Jordan's over and has been testing her camera on us, snapping photos. Odds are if she saw you, she'd hold you back for some photos as well." he added with a light chuckle.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

"..." Lindsay was silent for a moment, before nodding.

"Right." he said.

"Of course." he said further, before pausing for another moment.

"Well, I'll warn those here." he promised.

"...what are you going to do NOW, though?" he then asked.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Lindsay looked... shocked when she said that.

"Wh-what?" he asked.

"Oh dear, that is not good at all." he commented.

"I'll be sure to warn those that live here immediately." he told her further.

"Are YOU doing all right?" he asked.

"Do you need to come in or something?" he then offered.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Leo returned the hug and waved to her as she disappeared, before biting his lip.

"...all right..." he mumbled. "Let's find this out." he said to himself, sitting back down and 'going to sleep'.

Meanwhile, after a few knocks on the door, it was opened a few seconds later by Lindsay.

"Oh, hey Aunt Rocky." he greeted her.

"What brings YOU around?" he asked.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Leo looked around for a moment, but he didn't have to say anything, as Rocky placed a pen and small pad of paper before him. He nodded when she did so, and sighed quietly, staring off into the distance.

"All right." he said.

"I'm going to check on Agent Sharp, leave a note here after, LEAVE, and then report to Miss Syraene." he told her.

"And seriously, do NOT go and attempt contact or conversation with Agent Sharp until you read the note I leave." he stressed. "This situation is starting to freak me out a little, and... well, we need to act on the side of... vague paranoia." he mumbled.

"As... awful as that was to say..."

"..." Leo was silent for a moment, but then nodded.

"I will." he told her.

"I promise." he said.

"For all we know this ISN'T via contact, but... at this point, we cannot afford to make such assumptions." he then reasoned.

"Anyway, yeah, I will let you know." he stated.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Leo looked at her, was silent for a moment, and then nodded slowly.

"You take care of yourself, as well." he told her. "You're one of the nicest people I know, and... well... I don't want anything to happen to you." he admitted quietly, sadly.

He then just sighed, and cleared his throat.

"Anyway, I'm going to go check on Agent Sharp, and then report to Miss Syraene about all this." he said. "I'll leave my body here, simply because it'll be faster, and odds are you'll be gone by the time I 'return'." he reasoned. "I'll just mana out of here." he continued.

"...after I finish the tea." he then added.

"If Agent Sharp is affected by this, then I'm going to want to down the rest of that mug..." he mumbled.

"Do you want me to tell you if Agent Sharp is affected, by the way?" he asked her at the end, the thought JUST coming to mind. She might not want to hear it, but it might be beneficial for her. However, he wasn't going to make assumptions, he was going to let HER control the flow of info she received.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

"Maybe." Leo responded.

"We can only hope." he told her, shaking his head.

He then paused, and thought about it.

"Wait..." he said.

"Rowena is affected... Vincent is affected... Hollie is affected..." he listed off.

"Should I check on Agent Sharp at The Unit in San Diego?" he asked her.

"I don't know how this is happening, but... if this is a contact thing, and he's been affected, we're in bigger trouble than ever."

...and I'll forgive thy
great big one on me.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Leo looked over towards her, fear in his eyes.

"...Hollie, too." he confirmed.

"Just as bad." he told her.

"So odds are SHE'S acting off, and... however strange." he continued.

"Damn it." he then cursed, looking forward.

"The hell IS this...?"

great big one on me.
