@Rei Ann: I probably won't get to it until after Halloween; I have a pretty extensive watchlist put together for Spoopy Season! But yeah, I definitely want to watch it.

I keep meaning to watch Hamilton. I, uh, acquired it for viewing, but I haven't actually taken the time to watch it yet. o3o

@The Monster: I still haven't tried the cotton candy grapes! Aldi had them once but I didn't buy them and I've been kicking myself ever since because they've not had them since. And I had to look up 'yellow zucchini'; I'm not sure where you're from but turns out it's what we call summer squash! Which is really good when cooked and seasoned right, but my roommate just chops it into slices and boils it to mush. Bleh.
Gum Drop and Moon Drop grapes intrigue me, too.
Actually when I was at my Dad's recently we had, I think they were Apriums? A cross between apricots and plums. They were really tasty! I love interesting stuff like that. :D

Hello! Hmm, I didn't do a garden but I have a bunch of new plants I've acquired. I've now got three different fittonias, a couple different pothos, a wandering dude I've nurtured from a tiny broken piece I found on the floor at Walmart... oh and my purple passion is a fun one too. :D
I'm also attempting an avocado tree, just for funsies.
Also I agree with Ruby, your avatar is great. :3
Posted in Autumn is almost here! :D

Woohoo, autumn! Meaning temperatures will finally start to go down soon, and there's pumpkin- and pumpkin spice-flavored stuff everywhere you look, and Halloween goodies galore (this is the only time of year I typically buy makeup other than nail polish, too, lol, because fun colors!).
I'm stoked, even if autumn isn't all that dramatic in Florida.

@Ava: Yeah I can see a dremel making that easier, lol. I've never used one though.
Oh no worries! I don't mind, lol, it's totally fine.
I hope I can someday, too. I really want cats again, but I'd love a bunny again, too. I have a friend whose got several cats and a rabbit and they do well together; come to think of it I had Sweetheart, my rabbit, and Gypsy*, my calico cat, at the same time! (*I know now that this is considered a slur and would never name another animal this, but it was a different time and we didn't know better.)
That's really cool that you want to do rescue. I wouldn't mind having space/money to do bettas again; I know it only supports the trade but I couldn't help rescuing bettas from stores. I rescued a couple of special needs female bettas from Walmart once. They were so cool. :3
Hermit crabs are treated terribly by places like that, yeah... I had a friend who had a couple hermits though and treated them well. I wouldn't mind having some someday myself if I can get a good setup for them. They're neat animals.

I waited all night and most of the day for there to be enough ice in the ice maker bin to make tea, and RIGHT before I went out there to make it... my roommate poured all the ice into her cooler for her beer, despite having perfectly good freezer packs she could use instead. 🙃

@Ava: I dunno if it's good to let them have a lot of it, but a little seems to be okay. They do seem to love it!

I miss having a house rabbit. I had one as a kid and I loved her, she was great.
Also she LOVED chocolate. Like. A lot. She'd steal M&Ms from me when I wasn't looking and would go for Oreos too.
Apparently this is a thing with rabbits; a friend of mine with a rabbit reports similar, lol.

@Elirona: If I had good contact with my family and so many old friends, I'd drop Facebook in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I'm kinda stuck with it at this point. I don't use it much though. In fact I took the shortcut off my bookmark bar to reduce my going to the site!

@Elirona: Ugh, if only I could find something to help me stop doomscrolling on Facebook when I check in there (which isn't very often). I do so hate Facebook but it's my primary form of contact with a ton of people. :I

@Elirona: Yeah, I really enjoy that feature.
