Here's another Spoopy Story to get your Creative Juices flowing.
A long time ago...back in the late 1800's a small town settled in the clearing of a small forest. It wasn't too well known but the people were happy. Everybody knew one another and the towns people helped each other out. When outsiders came to the village, instead of being hostile or unyielding, they were friendly and welcoming.
The village lasted for a good 50 years or so until tragedy struck. During one dry summer, when there was a drought, and the lake nearby was as low as it had ever been, there was a thunderstorm. Normally rain would have been a welcoming sight during the drought, but instead it brought devastation. Before any rain fell, lightning struck and hit two places nearby. One hit a tree and another a large patch of dry grass. Because of the dry state of both, they ignited.
It was late at night and most of the town was sleeping so they were unaware of the fires that had started nearby. And this was a time electricity was rare in small places like this, so they still used candled and lamps to light things up. They were used to the smell of smoke because of the flames they needed. The houses also didn't have fire alarms so there was no warning to the flames that were quickly making their way from either side of the forest, into their small village.
The flames licked across the brush. Anything that was dry and ignitable was engulfed in flames and as soon as it hit the wood and thatch houses of the village, the fire soon embraced them. When the villagers realized what was happening it was too late. The fires were too hot and surrounded them all.
Sadly, and ironically the rain finally did fall....but only after the village was reduced to charred remains. Not one person survived the blaze. Those who were inside were trapped and burned alive, while any that were outside succumbed to the heat and the ferocity. All that remained once the rain fell, was a black scar on the land. The rain, helped soak some of the ash and charcoal into the ground, and after that storm, there were others to follow.
By a couple decades later, there didn't even seem to be any trace left of the old village. With time, comes progress and with progress comes expansions of civilization. That clearing was bought up in acres, and in a couple of years of building, a large summer camp was built upon it.
The camp, however only ran for about ten years. Each year kids who attended would complain of scary noises, bumps, knocks and hear distant screaming at night. Screams of pure, pain and terror. Nobody after a while would attend the camp due to the stories of it being haunted....and now it lays in that clearing...abandoned and decrepit. The spirits of those who died that horrible night, reliving over and over the terrible fate they succumbed to, so many years ago.

@athabm:
This is my wishlist that I made from the museum. I like cute things, I need more backgrounds, so anything that's on the list or something I might of missed would be appreciated.

I really wish I could get some of the past items though. Someone was nice enough to link me the museum of past items and I made a wish list. Whether anyone will be able to sell me, or that I'd be able to afford said items, is unknown lol.

Not bad. It really does remind me of the events Roliana used to have. They would have site based stuff made by the creators but there were also a lot of user-ran games, threads that complemented it. I wasn't sure how Voltra handled events, so I'm glad it's going well so far. I also like the items that are available to redeem too. Helps expand my small inventory lol.
