@Dean: That's kind of almost like staying up to see if Santa Claus is real lol. I remember times when I used to go to work with my grandfather, and he worked from 10pm to 7am at an advice nurse place. I'd just sit around for hours as he took calls. I also got to use someone elses' computer to play the default games...like Chips Challenge.

@Mousy: That's a good one. I wish that was true though. Sometimes we could use an extra day. Especially when you're a kid and you want longer summer vacation lol.

@pachi: Sometimes things get lost in translation lol

@pachi: Sounds like an offshoot of Pinocchio, maybe that's where she got the idea lol. Bad kids turned into donkeys in that book.

@Kitalpha Hart: Got to wait until you're married before you can kiss...that makes baaaaaaabies lol. That seems like such a trope from a 90's program. Maybe that's where you saw it from lol.

Okay, so we have all been dumb kids. And being a dumb kid, usually means we hear things from other kids or make assumptions based off what we see (From parents or TV). Then we just continue to believe said thing until we find out later that it wasn't true.

Here's your chance to confess in the open (or in a spoiler if you're embarrassed) the dumb stuff you believed as a kid. And also when it was, when you found out that it wasn't true.

I'll start

Emily popped her head around the edge of the mirror from behind. "I...guess maybe they stored it up here as mementos of their mom. Perhaps we shouldn't use any of this stuff...if we break it Mrs Kingston might get mad..." she said looking at all neat stuff. "We should cover it back up and just go on with our original plan." she said getting ready to recover the furniture with the sheets. She left the mirror for last, covering it with sheet with some effort, since it was taller than her.

"Why don't we check out the thrift store? We might get lucky and find a couch or something there? Better then picking up one brand new or off the side of the road." she said with a slight laugh. "Come on, we can use my car to go into town, and get some groceries and check the local thrift store."

Emily started back down the attic steps and waited for Jade to follow suit, so she could close the staircase back up into the ceiling. She brushed off some dust from her clothes as she went to grab her bag and car keys so they could head out. "Lets make a list of what kind of food we'll need." she said picking up her small note pad and a pen. The same one she used when she surveyed the house earlier on what they'd need furniture wise.

@Ariella74: I have some RL stuff going on at the moment, but maybe when things get better I'll try pixel art again.

@Ariella74: I've made those like soooo long ago. I've not done any pixel work since then. I was trying to learn how to do it, to try and become a pixel artist for Roliana, but I was rejected so I kind of stopped trying lol.

@Ariella74: I messed round with doing some pixel art a long while back. It was so meticulous but I liked the end results. I did some roses, and a betta fish. If I can find them, I'll post them on here lol.
