@Totalanimefan: the expression true facts always made me wonder whether it was actually the father of alternative facts... because it kind of suggests that some facts are false. lol

@Lucifera: yeah we all gotta roll with the punches I guess. And gripe about it all the while. lmao
Yeah I started really enjoying the feeling of a freshly moisturized face after a shower half way through my bottle... Praise to our friends who convinced us about skincare.

@Xanthan: Well, you might learn a few ways to help people, but idk about people's tics part. Unless you're going to work specifically with people with tourette syndrome.
That sounds like a social psychology thing, studying individual differences and all that.

@Xanthan: 'Tis no lie!
Oooh, impressive! Clinical programs are so competitiv! at least in Canada. Makes sense to me because clinical psychologists are much more straightforwardly useful than the rest of us pure experimentalists. hahaha.
Looking forward to it?

@Frossy: Alas you are not me. I hate those formal events.
June is still a ways a way and like they say, things are changing rapidly so... here's to hoping!
If it really doesn't happen, maybe you guys can throw a huge party with the money afterwards when the pandemic is over.
@Lucifera: Oof, that sucks. That uncertainty is always so stressful. :(
"relax with masks on while i do art" ugh cutest way to spend a friday night!! And saturday and sunday and monday and tuesday etc...

@Wildfire: That does sound like busy times. Paper work always takes up a surprising amount of time, even though it's "supposed" to be easy. :( Good work is un-earth-shattering 90% of the time!
@Totalanimefan: and we make life very hard sometimes. lmao

@Count Trashula: I'm crunching brain wave data and answering emails mostly. I'm a grad student in experimental psychology.

@Wildfire: I've been hearing people taut montessori education as the best thing since conventional schooling, but I don't know anybody who didn't do conventional schooling so it seemed kind of one-sided.
Most people I asked don't know what it is, and I don't claim to either. At the very surface level, it looks like the ideal independent learning classroom since students can move around, go at their own pace, do little interactive things. And it reminds me a lot of the ideal online learning situation, which is why I brought it up. :P
@Frossy: oooh! Cool! Do you specialize in anything?
It'd be ridiculous to convocate online... Hopefully things settle by then.

@Wildfire: you are that, it's true. People come and go. That's life I suppose!
Do you mind me asking what happened?
The virus is really just icing on the cake. ;;

@Lucifera: i guess people don't want the "economic" losses that comes with cancelling class... But it's really not adequate.
A tiny fridge on the vanity sounds like a great idea. That way I can stop accidentally eating beauty products!

@Lucifera: oooohhh, I like my curries bit sweet and savory, so the dark chocolate didn't go that well. :P i'll try it more spicy next time!
I didn't even know walmart sold rice cake. :O that's pretty cool. at the asian grocery stores they have lots of different kinds~
Theoretically you could make your own from sticky rice but it's a lot of work without the machine...
