@So What: A bit late to the party. I had/have (it's kinda lurking still)a killer migraine over the weekend, but HI! Hello!
I'm new, too, but come from the background of having been active on Menewsha & Ernya previously. Voltra is just like a small town, in forum style. It's active, but it's not popping either.
I'd say the peak hours are around 5~9PM CST. There's usually a different username posting around every 1~3 hours at all times of the day.

@koneko: It's a wild Koneko! I've only finished like... 5 roleplays. Ever. 
And that only happened because we determined before hand what point a & b were.
Ye, world building is the shit. I ended up making a ton of countries & setting them up in the same world cuz why not xD
Do you do any writing on the side right now?
@littlewhitedragonlet: That makes sense for some reason, haha. I'm scared of arcylics. Ever only had bad nail artists. Altho, I think I'll eventually get a gel manicure.
And holy quack, from Cali to Alabama? That's a hell of move. Although I wanna move from Tx to any of the snowy nothern states. I'd love to visit the uhhhh... Whusitcalled. The one with Diagon Alley. I'd brave the sweaty humidity for it.

Ahhh I'm watchin The Frankenstein Chronicles on Netflix. Sean Bean's still hunky~ All of this period clothing is making me wanna sew. So I guess I gotta find & finish one of my projects xD

She leaned back a bit, surprised to hear a new voice. Scrunching her face up, Bell stared at the girl, and determined she meaned well enough. With a grin, and having lowered her arm already, she replied, "Why, hello there! I'd like a lager, full cup. You must be new, eh? I'm Bell. Is Dorian training you?"
There were the sounds of new people entering the bar, some joining friends, from the bits of conversation Bell caught from behind her. She adjusted her collar, and stood from her seat momentarily to adjust her slacks, looking around for any potential trouble before re-seating herself.
Bell's friendly smile hadn't left, and she watched the creation of her drink when it happened, a bit excited to slake her thirst with a chilled, frothy beer. She wasn't going to be allowed to drink too much tonight, so two glasses of this will have to do it for her.
